THE FIRM Introduction Toki & Associates was founded in 1987 by two professional engineers, Theophilus Iyasele and Olaitan Olapo to provide engineering and architectural services to both government and private clients. Today, Toki is a firm of twenty-five professional engineers and architects in architectural, civil, structural, electrical, mechanical and construction engineering services. Our goal is to serve you, the client. We listen to your needs and desires and respond with efficient and cost effective solutions. To better serve our clients Toki & Associates, Inc. has strategically opened offices in Milwaukee, Green Bay and Madison, Wisconsin. Project Approach Our relatively small size allows for the principals to be actively involved in the management of all our projects, providing quality services on-time and on-budget. We assign one project manager to work directly with you and throughout all phases of your project from conception to occupancy.
